Once the token has been entered on the meter it cannot be refunded or transferred.
If you have a credit balance on your STss Wallet, this can be refunded to you or transferred to your new Wallet account in the same scheme.

For a refund, please send your bank account details and a copy of your ID to STssFC@angor.co.za and the Finance Team will attend to your refund.
