Conlog Smart Split Meter - RFCON

The RFCON error means that the interface cannot communicate with the meter.

  1. The interface (keypad and meter) is out of range move closer to the meter installed outside; or

  2. Electricity has tripped outside

  3. The Complex's electricity is off.

The most common error is that the interface is out of range - the keypad needs to be within 50 meters of the Meter. Press #036#meter no. or #075# to reset/strengthen the signal.

If the Electricity has tripped as the Estate Manager / Security for assistance in accessing the electricity panel to tune the power back on.

If the whole complex's electricity is off, wait for the power to come back on before trying again.
