I made payment using my credit card but the funds have not reflected on my account?

A Credit Card payment may take up to 15 min to reflect in your Wallet due to system verification processes.
It is important to note that if multiple payments are made in the same day via the Credit Card system, these payments may not import automatically on our system, to prevent duplications.

i.e. You make a payment for R200 and an hour later you make another payment for R200.

Please send Proof of Payments for the multiple payments through to STss so we can check if all the payments were processed in order to allocate the payment. Please ensure taht the proof of payment shows the payment date and time, as well as the payment reference used, in order for us to locate and allocate the payment.
