I requested a token by SMS to 31661 but I did not receive it

Only registered numbers can request a token by sending an SMS in the correct format to 31661.

Format the SMS as follows: ReferenceNumber,Amount (no spaces)

E.g. TESTW0010,100

Please note that standard SMS charges apply.
