Please allow 10 minutes for an Instant EFT, Credit Card payment to update and reflect. If after 10 minutes the payment is not visible on your STss Wallet please contact the Call Centre.

If you made a payment and the proof of payment was sent from your bank to the proof of payment email address on the STss Wallet, please allow 10 minutes for the payment to reflect.

Standard payments take up to 2 business days to reflect due to bank processes.

If after 48 hours the payment is still not reflecting on the STss Wallet, please contact the STss Call Centre via the STss Wallet App or via email on Support@stss.co.za
