TID Upgrade How To Guide

- Each owner/resident will be emailed when the upgrade is initiated at the complex.
- All tokens bought before the upgrade must be inserted onto the meter before the upgrade is done.
- The upgrade will not affect the credit on the prepaid meter - the credit will be retained.
- Each pre-paid meter will be issued 3 tokens via our TID upgrade website. There will be 2 Upgrade tokens and 1 test token.
- All 3 tokens must be inserted into the meter in sequence for the upgrade to be successful.
- The are no costs associated with the upgrade tokens. The test token adds 0.1kWh to the meter and will be charged to the wallet.
- The upgrade period is between March 2024 and November 2024
