Landis & Gyr Meters - a happy and sad face are flashing alternatively for 5 seconds after entering a token


When the meter flashes a happy and sad face alternatly for 5 seconds after entering a token, this indicates that the token has expired or the tokens were not loaded in the correct order.

Remember to load the oldest token first. If you gnerate a token on Monday and another token on Wednesday, ensure you enter the token generated on Monday before you enter the token generated on Wednesday.

The STss Call Centre Agent will review your account and obtain a replacement token from the STss Call Centre Supervisor.
